Join others in a transformative experience that helps you become racially conscious and culturally competent. This course will explore definitions, racial frameworks, and history while challenging participants to think critically and build their skills related to race equity.
This is a public training open to anyone who seeks to be a learner in this work.

A Culturally Responsive Approach to Supervision
Enhance the way you lead in order to drive performance and cultivate an inclusive and thriving team.
Not your traditional management training, this workshop will push leaders to examine their beliefs and practices around leadership while building technical skill and a deeper understanding of how to effectively supervise others in a culturally responsive way.
Participating leaders will walk away with:
Training consists of a 2-day intensive (in person) and five, three-hour follow up sessions (virtual).

Strengthen Your Skills in Facilitating DEI
An indepth week-long intensive that develops an advanced DEI facilitation skillset.
Training includes:
Designed for individuals leading DEI work within their communities or organizations.
(Prerequisite: Reframing Racism or foundational knowledge of race equity)
These sessions are led by the Center's Co-Founder and Author, Hanif Fazal and will include a copy of his book, An Other World

A Training Made by Educators for Educators
A week-long collaborative learning opportunity for educators to deepen their practice and develop improved ways to serve students and families.
Geared towards any educators or school building staff, who are committed to engaging in conversations about race in their spaces and curriculum.
(Prerequisite: Reframing Racism or a foundational knowledge of race equity)

$2500 per person inclusive of college credit fees
