What do you do?
I am a Senior Executive Assistant to our Co-Founder, Hanif Fazal and our Chief Operating Officer, Shafina Fazal-Gardner
But what do you really do?
I support Hanif, Shafina, and the team with the daily communications, logistics, planning, and coordination for the ever-changing roster of events, meetings, and anything else that may come up! I strive to be a trusted team player, someone you can count on in any situation to accomplish goals, complete tasks, and move projects forward.
And what’s your story? As in, what makes you tick?
Working at the Center is quite the experience. Personally, I have been given the opportunity to grow and learn from brilliant individuals. I have experienced an inherent trust and autonomy to create, inspire, and learn like no other place I've ever worked. I am deeply invested in, cared about and feel a sense of authentic collaboration and shared purpose with everyone who works here. I really feel that WE have cultivated a place where YOU are in control of your own story, your own experience.
